I’m excited to be launching KettleWorx and look forward to using this space to share encouragement, training and fitness tips and whatever else is new. I’ll also use this space to post reader comments and success stories from time to time. Feel free to send them!

But before getting to what’s new, this seems like a perfect chance to tell you a little more about my own history with kettlebells and how it is I came to develop KettleWorx.

I first started working out with kettlebells about ten years ago. I was immediately impressed – no, amazed! – at the effective workouts that could be developed using such a simple device. At that time I was seeing private clients at the Toronto Film Studio. Typically I would work with the cast and crew while they were on location for a shoot. That meant I usually had only about six weeks to design and implement a meaningful program for those folks.

Once I started incorporating kettlebells, the results I saw in six weeks improved dramatically. Soon I was using kettlebells exclusively. The results were even better, and the people who trained with me very quickly came to love their new fitness routine.

Over the years, as I’ve discovered what works, and what works best, I’ve modified the training program – eventually adding a huge variety of workouts, including some 200 individual exercises. I called the six week program I ultimately developed “KettleWorx” – for the simple reason that it really works!

Of course I’m excited that I can finally offer KettleWorx to everyone. But what’s really exciting is the fact that I’ve been able to put this program together the way it should be – the full program for maximum benefit.

Yes, I was previously approached by a few folks who wanted to do a smaller program with me.  When I shared my idea – that we had to offer the full KettleWorx program – they told me no one would ever do it. They said no one would do a fitness program with 10 DVDs, 36 workouts, over 10 hours of instruction, etc. They wanted three or four longer workouts plus some filler material – enough to make 3 or 4 DVDs. But that’s not KettleWorx! And KettleWorx – the full program – is what I know works – for everyone!

Well I guess they were wrong because what’s now called “KettleWorx” really is KettleWorx – and it really works. This is the exact same six week program I’ve developed, tested and seen produce fantastic results time after time with my own clients. If it were anything less, I wouldn’t put my name on it.

So let’s have some fun, encourage one another and get in the best shape of our lives!

My personal guarantee to you is that if you follow the program and give me your 100% best effort for 20 minutes, three times a week, you absolutely will be amazed at the difference after only six weeks.
